Debbie Quintana is the founder and president of Gourmet Gifts LLC, a unique gift basket company which focuses on personalization, branding and superior customer service. She has been successful at creating one of the most unique approaches to the gift industry by providing a model of personalization, which has awarded her a high level of respect amongst her customers.

As a small business consultant, Debbie has worked with small and medium sized business owners to create, rejuvenate and launch their businesses by focusing on the customer experience, taking the right risks and demonstrating excellence. With plenty of clients under her "Simply Coaching" company belt, she’s developed a humble reputation for helping those with a vision of realizing their dreams. In 2009, Debbie launched her second gift basket company, The Spirit of Wellness. SOW is designed to specifically address the need for gifts associated with challenging times and personal improvement.

Launched in 2009, The Gift Basket Association, is getting global attention as she brings gift basket companies all over the world together to collaborate and partner in the spirit of raising awareness and sales to the industry. She added "publisher" to her list of titles with the launch of a new magazine called Trends & Tips Gift Basket Magazine and now, a book titled, Avance - advanced strategies for gift basket professionals. Debbie facilitated the co-authorship of a new book, Fundamentals, providing 15 other industry professionals with the title of author In January, Debbie purchased Gift Marketing Alliance, a national gift basket dropshipping company. To bring her experience and breadth of knowledge together in the gift basket industry, Debbie just recently took over the National Gift Basket Convention and will host it in San Jose, California in July of 2012.

Debbie is the founder of the Women’s Networking Alliance, an organization designed to enable support and growth amongst women business owners in Silicon Valley. WNA launched nationally in January of 2010 and now has over 12 chapters throughout the United States and Canada.

As an advocate for philanthropy and the environment, Debbie is involved with numerous organizations and has been granted “green” certification with the Santa Clara County Green Business Association.

In May 2008, Debbie was recognized by the reputable Silicon Valley Business Journal in their “40 under 40” program as an up and coming innovator in Silicon Valley. Recently, she was named a woman role model in WE Magazine and has received the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, 2010 award through the Women's Initiative Organization. In May of 2011, she was named Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Debbie just recently separated in August of 2011 from her corporate job of 12 years as a global security manager for Cisco Systems.

Debbie graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and has over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband Alex and son Travis.
